Mike is a lawyer turned operating executive turned entrepreneur turned investor. Yet across these diverse experiences, Mike has pursued a constant theme: harnessing the power of data, analytics and AI for positive change. Among his accomplishments are helping to lead pioneering Internet data company Engage through IPO, co-authoring the first digital data-privacy self-regulatory framework in collaboration with regulators and competitors, co-founding and leading as CEO groundbreaking mobile app and marketing company Enpocket through its acquisition by Nokia, co-founding and leading as Executive Chairman mobile monetization platform Nexage through its acquisition by Verizon, and co-founding and leading as CEO AI innovator DataXu through its acquisition by Roku.
Mike is an active angel investor with a portfolio of over 50 companies. He currently sits on the boards of Qmee, Pixability, Iris.tv and Disruptel.
