Yoan joined Capital D in 2020. Before joining, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Jefferies’ London office, where he advised on a range of Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) transactions, including private equity placements, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and other M&A mandates.

Yoan holds a Bsc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
