Damon Morgan

Damon is an experienced technology leader with over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries and organisational scale-ups – from start-ups to global enterprises.

Most recently he was employee number one and CTO at Qmee (a Capital D portfolio company), which was acquired by Kantar in 2022, and is currently Director of Engineering at Kantar Profiles.
He is passionate about creating technology organisations that are empowered partners in the business – deeply integrated with product teams and directly influencing strategic direction.

Outside work, Damon enjoys travelling with his young family.
