Rob Brouwer

Rob Brouwer serves as the CEO of Jobrapido and is a distinguished business executive with over 25 years of experience in management and leadership roles within the recruitment industry. Since joining Jobrapido in 2014, Rob has played a pivotal role in addressing a significant gap in the talent acquisition industry, benefiting both candidates and recruiters through the platform.

Prior to his role at Jobrapido, Rob held various positions in recruitment sector companies until in 2000 he was appointed as the Managing Director of Jobline.nl, a leading online research company in the e-recruitment sector in Europe. He later served as the Executive Vice President at Monster Worldwide for 12 years, where he led European operations and oversaw the firm’s global expansion strategy and execution in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

With a strong track record in transforming and growing businesses throughout his career, Rob is regarded as a ‘hands-on’ and data-driven entrepreneur and accomplished business leader. Rob has also contributed to the industry through non-executive roles at Love Mondays Brazil, Innovantage, and Symphony Talent UK. Currently, he serves as a board member at Cohelion – a Dutch data management company.

In 2023, Rob assumed the position of non-executive Chair at VONQ with the aim of steering the board towards effective strategic direction for the company. Rob is also an industry commentator and guest writer for the UK and European National media and specialist trade publications.
