Simon Rohrbach

Simon focusses on sourcing and executing investment opportunities in the DACH region, with a particular eye for vertical software. He is part of the VONQ team.

Before joining Capital D, he was a Tech Investor at Modaxo, part of Constellation Software, where he built deep expertise in enterprise software and worked on a range of international cross-border transactions across EMEA.
Prior to that, Simon was an Associate in Tech M&A at Clipperton Finance and, before that, worked in mid-market M&A at UniCredit in Munich.

Simon holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin.

Outside work, Simon has travelled to 50+ countries and is always planning the next trip.
His weekends tend to revolve around football and the hunt for the best coffee in town.
